125KHZ Indala Cards

The majority of today's cards use 13.56mhz [including NFC], which is an issue to me.

I have to clone 125KHZ Indala Flexcards http://www.hidglobal.com/main/id-cards/indala-proximity/flexcard.html

The only two devices I see that I can buy is either this
 ebay 1

or this

ebay 2


and neither of those look reliable.

There was one other option I found and it was, serialio 
That's a Bluetooth device that you can use with your Android and or ios device, but it's too much of an expense.

So is there a device that can read and write 125 khz devices? [HID prox cards?]

Edit : I actually have to clone these cards : ebay 3

They seem to be a 26 bit Wiegand type.
